Public service announcements capture attention with eye-catching images. They often demonstrate the extremes of environmental destruction. Organizations such as the World Wildlife Fund and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (creators of the PSA's above) advertise for action before the worst happens. Appealing to emotions, people are often swayed into action and advocacy by passionate images.
